Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Arsovo ("we", "our", or "us") collects when you visit arsovo.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and what choices you have. We try to keep this short and readable.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Site and serve advertising. This includes:
- Log data automatically collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare): IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer, pages requested.
- Analytics data (if enabled): aggregated, de-identified traffic data from Google Analytics or a similar tool.
- Advertising data via Google AdSense, which may include cookies and device identifiers used to show relevant ads. See Section 4.
- Information you send us if you email us (your email address and message content).
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To understand aggregate traffic patterns.
- To serve and measure advertising.
- To respond to your messages.
- To detect and prevent abuse.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use first-party cookies only for essential site functionality. Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense and analytics services — see below.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not break the Site, but some features may not work as expected.
4. Google AdSense & third-party advertising
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners, including third-party vendors, may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
5. GDPR (European Economic Area visitors)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Contact privacy@arsovo.com to exercise these rights.
Our legal basis for processing data is legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site, and — where required — your consent (for advertising cookies).
6. CCPA (California residents)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. Contact privacy@arsovo.com for requests.
7. Data retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default retention period. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and for legal recordkeeping.
